According to the future version of you that you envisioned in the meditation, writing a journal from that perspective is powerful!

Act as that next version of you and write your journal; maybe a day in the life of this next version of you, or anything that came up that you would like to journal about from that perspective. Make sure you engage all your senses and feel into the experience, while really bringing it to life.

Here are some prompts or points to focus on for journaling from the perspective of your future self:

Daily Routine Describe a typical day in the life of your future self.

Affirmations and Intentions Set affirmations and intentions for manifesting desired reality.

As I awaken to sunlight streaming through the curtains, warming my face, I breathe in the fresh scent of flowers and morning dew lingering in the room. Outside, birds chirp happily, adding to the peaceful ambiance. As I stretch, I feel the softness of the sheets against my skin, comforting and familiar. Taking a sip of my morning coffee, its rich flavor brings a sense of comfort and readiness for the day ahead. In this moment, I'm reminded of the life I've built for myself, where simple pleasures like this morning routine bring me joy and contentment.

<aside> 💡 When we future script, we're training our brain to prioritize specific goals by consistently visualizing and affirming them, effectively signalling to our brain what is important to focus on among the abundance of information it receives. This is best done at night, right before bed so that your subconscious mind can marinate in this visualization, making it easier and quicker to align with. When we sleep, we are connecting to our higher self, while potentially releasing any limiting beliefs that aren’t serving us.
